Refund and Returns Policy
At our www.farmacre.in and our mobile application (hereinafter referred as platform), we will decide the process for crediting the applicable refund/return against the varied acceptable conditions, If the payment for order was done from your side then a refund/return for such payment are going to be processed to your original payment method.
Customer may make the refund/return request within 48 hours from the receipt of Products, if product(s) so delivered is/are not as per the ordered quantity, agreed specifications and/or found defective in nature. Further, the refund/return request can’t be made beyond the aforesaid period of 48 hours. We shall not accept the refund/return request from the customer after expiration of the aforesaid period of time .
We require the pictures of the product/ images of box/ received invoice along side query for the product/ products under refund/return request therefore you’ll share an equivalent in original conditions to us on our below mentioned email within 48 hours of products delivery:-
Email:- [email protected] it’s noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images it’ll be decided whether the return shall be initiated or refund shall be initiated, after getting the interior management approval.
Book with obvious signs of use.
Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is broken or missing parts for reasons undue to our error.
You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) in your order is under confirm stage. At platform, we can decide the process for crediting the applicable refund against the cancelled order. If the payment for order was done from your side then a refund for such payment are going to be processed to your original payment method. Order are often cancelled by the below mentioned Communication channel:-
a) you’ll direct cancel your order through online mode; or
b) you’ll connect with our customer care executive for cancellation of your order.
In case, even one product of the order has been picked/shipped, you’ll not be able to cancel the order.
In case, the order contains product(s) which were purchased under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, in such cases order level cancellation won’t be applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. we’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you’re approved, then your refund are going to be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a particular amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it’s going to take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. there’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Once the order placed by you on our website or mobile application (hereinafter jointly referred as “platform”) we’ll dispatch the placed order within 24 working hours from confirmation of your orders.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please confirm of the following while entering your Shipping Address and phone number details:
Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along side a Landmark.
Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
Kindly confirm that phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may have to call you for delivery-related queries.
In case of cash on Delivery orders, please confirm someone is available at the shipping address to pay by tendering the exact change.
It is also noted that delivery attempt shall be for a minimum of twice , if just in case you’re not available at your delivery location/ your address is improper/ your provided phone number isn’t performing at the time of attempting delivery.
You will be liable for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the value of return shipping are going to be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it’s going to take for your exchanged product to reach you’ll vary.
If you’re returning costlier items, you’ll think about using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Our company reserves the right to cancel or refuse to just accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
